He's flying to Hong Kong for a whole week!!! =( Shall miss him dearly. *heavy sigh* And I din manage to watch Step Up!! BUT! Stepped into Singapore's one and only Island Creamery in BUKIT TIMAH instead. It's supposed to have the bestest homemade ice creams around. Amazing flavours I heard! Zam, Pei quan, Kenn n I refused to tag along with shaun's and daryl's class gathering to vivocity. Never inform us that their classmates were to be in the picture! 4 of us were oddly out-of-place. Ack my poor Step Up. Sob.
Digression. Caught Debbie n her darling on the bus on our way there. Anyhoooo...
Ohhhh! Teh Tarik ice-cream is fabuloussss. Reverso too! Reverso's this chocolate and cookies ice-cream. The first spoonful of chocolately goodness that melts in the mouth, simply heavenly. Very Rich, very sinful. Very Gooood. 4 of us bought 2 tubs of ice-cream. Thing was, every other normal being would spoon lip-smacking creamy goodness into their faces like machine guns, right?We did the exact same thing. What spoilt everything was the seeming buttery layer stuck to the roof of our mouths 5 minutes after the non-stop gorging. Zam and Pei quan got water for us and there was this slick layer of oil (or butter) floating around innocently on the water surface after we sipped it. Took us a while for us to wonder how much of that was swimming around in our tummies, ready to settle comfortably as cellulite on the thighs. Bah. I feel so fat. The Guys managed to finish almost everything anyway. EVen after I revealed a factoid about how 1 scoop of ice cream was the equivalent of feeding 3 plates of Char Kway Teow into our bellies. There was a momentary pause from ice cream-stuffing. haha. Then somehow, we digressed and started discussing about disposable undies. haha. Oh! another short digression! Zam's very cute. Hope John and her last long. Was hilarious how a humougous, icky, blood-red love-bite popped out of John's neck before Math paper. Haha. Evidence of Zam's small but potent mouth hahaha. ANyhoooo. Bought a tub home cos' my mama's compulsively obessessed over Teh Tarik. Haha.
ohhh. How I miss feasting on cheap and yummy Gelatos in the cold while roaming around in River Del Garda. I miss that
so so so so much. EVen more so after watching Casino Royale and catching scenes of St. Mark's Square and the majestic church. Kept screaming out, "Hey! I've been there! *points* ANNND THERE!! *points more excitedly* Hey! I SANGGG there!! *jabs continously at the screen in sheer awe* Oei! People gave us money!!!"
Remember how tingly it felt to have out-of-this-world Italian ice cream with Jojo, pei en, kenny, roach, steph, bella and (eek) gr. Mmm. And to sample different flavours every day. And! Get to feast our eyes on the gorgeous lake scenery right smack in front of us. Like a postcard. Seeee.
Oh well. Time to catch some shut eye and practise Math S tml(however hard I wish I didn't have to, but it's on tuesday. SIghs.)! Gonna Send Kee Wen off at the airport then head home and try to clean up my room. Some maid's coming. Room's jam-packed with unruly, silver fish-feeding notes and all that gunk. Roach and I were discussing how we should shove all that jazz into a Humongous cardboard box, drag it down to the beach, mount it on a wooden raft, set it ablaze, and THEN wave our dear goodbyes (coupled with flying kisses). Oh that sheer exhilaration! Oh what raw final closures from the horrors of TYS mugging! *grins widely*
Mmm. Things I wanna do post-A levels:
1) Cut and dye my hair.
2) Register for driving theory. SHall ask Shaun Toh about it since he has his license oreadi!
3) Gym and lose weight. Kenn Wong wants to do vertical training together. FYI, it's RUNNING up 23 WHOLE STOREYS!! Cardio indeed. Therefore! I Ought to get my stamina back and get in shape before he comes back. Gah gah.
4) Get myself a decent job!
5) Pick up hip-hop dance lessons. Whee hoooo. Going with my sis' friend. Hope I don't humiliate myself in front of the sexy dancers though.
Yours truly is in need of her beauty sleep. Have to meet Kee wen and parents in the morning tml. okie dokes!
