I am Legend is a good movie! Jumped a couple of times in my seat.. I expected the movie to be like Resident's Evil, all that cold hard cool killing of crazy man-eating, flesh-munching zombie. But surprisingly, it was a movie in touch with emotions, sacrifice, perserverance. Thought this beat Warloards, Enchanted, GOlden Compass flat. Kenn and I popped by TImbre before catching the movie! The band was not bad despite the absence of its keyboardist... I love the lead vocalist and the guitarist/ back up vocalist! Awesome stuff.

I got sunburnt! Bah. At Timbre.

Pretty lights outside PS

I rock at taking emo shots! haha.

BWAHAHAHA.

He makes me go retarded along with him.

And another retarded moment.

Starbucks!

Notice the anonymous girl's buttcrack behind the glass panel, and that horrid grin on his face. Tsk tsk.
Haha. 2008 is coming! I havent planned for any New Year's Resolution yet. Hmm. I love Kenn Wong!

Today was spent taking photos of Hall 12 interhall games with Juncong... Bernice and Yiping and the rest of the girls were brilliant at netball! Throughout lunch Juncong and I poured our soul out, reflecting on our hall life experience so far... good things, and the not-so-dandy things... Some people move on faster than the rest, adapt better, enthusiastically basking in non-stop hall activities... Juncong and I may be hermits, but I preferred having a life to myself than selling it to the hall, deeming this short period of holidays more fulfilling than hall methinks.
Queen Elizabeth: The GOlden Age was a good movie, I thought. Except the fact that the Spaniards, or rather, the almighty Spain King , was portrayed as a (one-sided) dark, obsessive holy bigot plotting a Holy War against the Virgin Queen of ENgland. The latter always seem to exude this radiance, and the cameras seem to capture light pouring out from her very soul... Much imagery were used to steer the audience's perception towards the bias that England and the righteous Queen deserved the victorious win at the end hands-down. The movie also showed the Queen's vulnerability to emotions and temptations beneath her strong, hard exterior... this was made more complex when coupled with her generous and big heart when loving her subjects... her vision to serve her people and her country, protecting these to the very end was inspiring. Oh! Her war armour was quite intriguing too. Queen ELizabeth beats Warlords anyday!!!
Sigh results coming out soon and another long day ahead in hall tomorrow

Today was spent meeting up with dear krit, sally, jj... then helped to prepare food for kenn's x'mas party with his family and friends. I left kinda early... felt a bit awkward and i decided to be a good girl and come home. I didn't know 3/4 of the people at the party. Yes I know they exist in vj, but they don't know
know me and vice versa... i felt rather odd. Spoke to Cassandra only. If this is anti-socialism on my part, then yes, maybe I am a hermit crab.
sometimes i wish i had a more sensitive boyfriend. sometimes.
